Freight costs / Delivery time

Shipment is generally made via UPS or any forwarding agent engaged by STOCK - B.I.G. GmbH. For the delivery freight costs of 5.90 € per order are charged. For some articles special freight costs, which are shown with the corresponding article, are valid. From a net order value of 50.00 € onwards delivery within Germany is free of charge unless otherwise indicated together with the corresponding product. Thus, e.g. plaster profiles currently have a minimum order value of 650.00 € net for free shipment. Each consignment is automatically insured up to a total value of 510.00 € against any loss or damage, without any additional charges. For registered COD consignments within Germany the COD charge is 5.75 € net.

In case of shipments to foreign countries, prior to despatch any additional charges will be transferred to the customer by E-Mail for approval or will be agreed upon by phone.

Delivery times

We generally effect delivery as soon as possible, articles offered in the Shop are usually on stock. Delivery is made in accordance with the chosen mode of payment. Should there be a delay in delivery, you will immediately receive a corresponding information from us.
